Disregard the part about it being from ‘99.
Of course the real 90's NFS Hot pursuit awesomeness will come later this week with a Diablo from ‘95, AKA a hotwheel as old as me.

I miss the days when the art on the backing looked like that.

I honestly prefer the newest ones with the packaged car on the card. Makes hunting so much easier.

Yep. I shoveled my roof this weekend. It either took me twice as long as it used to or I can’t remember how long it used to take. I’m either slowing way down or I’m too old to remember. To add insult to injury I’m still sore two days later.

Sounds about right. I pulled my neck and left shoulder muscles carrying my daughter right before Christmas ... it still hurts a little!

I had an R/C CLK-LM! Unfortunately that R/C met it’s end via quarter stick of dynamite before I knew how cool it was.

Crazy...my local hobby shop just had a bunch of 1998 first editions on display, selling for $1.29 apiece. so old that the plastic packaging was turning yellow. Too bad there werent any worthwhile options.

Just don’t run it over any bumpy/hilly bits on your Hot Wheels track. You’ll have a bad time.
Edit: Derp. Shoulda listened to you about the year.
